Contest Rules

Kikaball ("the Platform") offers various fantasy football prediction contests and leagues. By entering any contest or league, you agree to these Contest Rules in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter any contest, league, or competition on Kikaball.
You must have a verified account in good standing.
Kikaball reserves the right to verify your identity and age before awarding any reward.
Employees, contractors, and relatives of Outtabox-Tech Concepts Limited are not eligible to win contests where prohibited by applicable law.

2. Contest Types

Main KikaBall League — Weekly football prediction contest based on real match fixtures. Points are awarded for correct predictions.
Daily Bot League — Simulated daily league with bot-generated fixtures for quick-play predictions.
Flash Leagues — Short-duration leagues (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) with varying fixture sets.
KikiChamp Cup — Knockout-style tournament league.
Competition — Special themed prediction events.
Virtual Leagues — Prediction leagues using simulated virtual match data.

3. Entry

Entry into every league and contest is completely free. There are no entry fees and no purchases required.
Kikaball reserves the right to limit the number of entries per user per contest.

4. Predictions and Scoring

Predictions must be submitted before the published deadline for each fixture. Late predictions will not be accepted.
Scoring rules are published within each contest or league. Points are awarded based on prediction accuracy.
Match results are determined by official match outcomes from recognised football authorities.
In the event of fixture postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, affected predictions may be voided at Kikaball's discretion.
Kikaball's scoring decisions are final and binding.

5. Power Cards and Boosts

Power Cards are optional in-app enhancements that may modify scoring or provide gameplay advantages.
Power Cards are earned through gameplay or redeemed with kikiCoins.
Power Cards used in a contest round are consumed and non-refundable.
Power Card effects are governed by the specific rules published within each contest.

6. Rewards

Rewards may include kikiCoins, points, power cards, and free entry credits as specified within each contest.
All rewards are subject to verification. Kikaball reserves the right to withhold rewards where fraud, abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.
Rewards are non-transferable and hold no real-world cash value.

7. Fair Play

All users must compete fairly. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit predictions.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate contest outcomes.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities.
Violation of fair play rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and account suspension or termination.

8. Disputes

Disputes regarding contest results, scoring, or rewards must be submitted through Kikaball support channels within 48 hours of the contest outcome.
Kikaball will review disputes and communicate the final decision through the Platform.
All dispute decisions by Kikaball are final and binding.

9. Modification and Cancellation

Kikaball reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest or league at any time, with or without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation, Kikaball and users shall have no further liability.

10. Governing Law

These Contest Rules are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these rules shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Service.
