Notice: Kikaball is a free-to-play football prediction game. Users must be 18 or older to create an account and use the Platform. This age requirement is an eligibility requirement for the service and does not describe the game's content rating. KikiCoins and other in-game items have no cash value.

Welcome to Kikaball, a football prediction game owned and operated by Outtabox-Tech Concepts Limited ("Kikaball", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kikaball website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. About Kikaball

Kikaball is a free-to-play football prediction game where users predict the outcomes of real football matches. Players participate in leagues and other game modes to earn points, badges, achievements, and KikiCoins.

All current game modes are free to play. No payment, entry fee, deposit, purchase, wager, or real-money transaction is required to participate. Power Cards and other virtual gameplay items may be earned through gameplay or redeemed using KikiCoins.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
Where local law requires a higher minimum age, the higher age requirement applies.
By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
Kikaball may request age verification where reasonably necessary to enforce eligibility requirements.
Accounts determined to belong to underage users may be suspended or terminated.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or license your account to another person.
One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You must notify Kikaball promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Kikaball is designed around fair competition. The following activities are prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, automation, or other artificial means to submit picks or interact with the Platform.
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
Colluding to manipulate league standings, points, predictions, or virtual rewards.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or obtain an unfair advantage.
Abusing the referral system, including self-referrals or fake accounts.
Match manipulation or coordinated activity intended to undermine fair competition.
Using Power Cards contrary to their intended gameplay purpose.
Any cheating, fraud, deception, or dishonest behaviour.

Consequences may include:

Correction or reversal of affected points or results.
Revocation of badges, achievements, KikiCoins, Power Cards, or other virtual game items.
Temporary or permanent account suspension.
Permanent banning from the Platform.

5. Community Conduct and User-Generated Content

Kikaball offers community features including chat, direct messaging, user profiles, and private leagues. Users must interact respectfully and responsibly.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or abusive behaviour is prohibited.
Sharing sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content is prohibited.
Spam, unsolicited advertising, and commercial solicitation are prohibited.
Impersonating Kikaball staff, administrators, public figures, or other users is prohibited.
Blocking: Users may block other users where the feature is available.
Reporting: Users may report users or user-generated content for violating these rules.
Moderation: Kikaball may review reported content and use automated or human moderation tools to maintain community safety.
Message privacy: Available messaging controls may allow users to limit who can contact them.

Kikaball may remove content, restrict interactions, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable measures to maintain a safe community.

6. Free-to-Play and No Real-Money Transactions

All current Kikaball competitions and game modes are free to play.
No deposit, entry fee, wager, purchase, or payment is required to participate.
Kikaball does not currently provide a wallet for deposits or withdrawals.
Kikaball does not currently provide cash-out, cash withdrawal, or conversion of KikiCoins or other virtual game items into money.
Kikaball does not currently process real-money purchases within the game.

7. KikiCoins

KikiCoins are virtual, non-monetary game points that may be earned through gameplay, achievements, referrals, promotions, or other activities described within the Platform.
KikiCoins may be used only for eligible in-game purposes, such as redeeming Power Cards or other virtual game items made available by Kikaball.
KikiCoins have no cash value.
KikiCoins cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, sold, transferred between users, or redeemed for cash or other monetary value.
KikiCoins are not a deposit, investment, financial instrument, cryptocurrency, or payment method.
Kikaball may adjust virtual reward balances where necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
Kikaball may modify or discontinue virtual reward programmes with reasonable notice where appropriate.

8. Picks, Scoring, and Results

Picks must be submitted before the deadline displayed for the relevant fixture or Game Week.
Match results are determined using official football match outcomes and applicable competition rules.
Points are awarded according to the scoring rules displayed within the relevant game mode or competition.
League standings are calculated using the applicable scoring rules.
Postponed, cancelled, or abandoned fixtures may be handled according to the rules displayed for the relevant competition.
Users may report suspected scoring or result errors through the available support channels.

9. Badges, Achievements, and Power Cards

Badges and achievements are virtual recognition items earned through gameplay and have no cash value.
Power Cards are virtual gameplay enhancements used within Kikaball.
Power Cards may be earned through gameplay or redeemed using KikiCoins.
Power Cards cannot be purchased with real money, withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Power Card availability, redemption requirements, and effects may change as the game evolves.
Kikaball may revoke virtual items obtained through cheating, abuse, technical errors, or Terms violations.

10. Referral Programme

Users may invite others through the official referral programme.
Referral rewards, where offered, are virtual game rewards or other non-monetary benefits described within the Platform.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated referrals, and deceptive referral activity are prohibited.
Kikaball may modify or terminate the referral programme and may remove rewards obtained through abuse.

11. User Content

Users must not post content that is abusive, offensive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited.
Users must not intentionally post misleading information about matches, predictions, or Platform functionality.
Spam, unsolicited advertising, and commercial solicitation are prohibited.
Users must not impersonate Kikaball staff, administrators, or other users.
Kikaball may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

12. Intellectual Property

The Kikaball name, logo, brand, domain, Platform design, source code, graphics, and associated materials are owned by Outtabox-Tech Concepts Limited or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without appropriate authorization.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Kikaball a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform, subject to applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

Kikaball may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, push notifications, email delivery, security, and other Platform operations. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Account Termination

Kikaball may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons.
You may request deletion of your account through the available account settings or by contacting Kikaball support.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases.
Termination may result in loss of points, KikiCoins, Power Cards, achievements, rankings, and other virtual game progress.

15. Limitation of Liability

Kikaball is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for entertainment and gameplay purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Kikaball makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Kikaball is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Kikaball is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, outages, data loss, third-party service failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kikaball and Outtabox-Tech Concepts Limited from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kikaball disclaims warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Kikaball does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that all game data, scoring, or calculations will always be free from errors.

18. Force Majeure

Kikaball shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or other events of force majeure.

19. Changes to These Terms

Kikaball may modify these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
The "Last Updated" date will be revised when material changes are made.
Where required by law, users will receive additional notice or be asked to provide consent.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Where appropriate and legally permitted, unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Nigerian law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced or interpreted to the extent necessary to reflect its lawful intent.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Kikaball Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referenced herein, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Platform.
